General Guidelines

• All abstracts, posters, and presentations must be prepared and presented in English.
• Both Case Reports and Original Research Papers are eligible for submission under:
  1. Free Paper
  2. SPICE Award Paper
  3. Poster Presentation
• The submitted work must be original and should not contain plagiarism.
• A presenter may submit:
  1. One Case Report
  2. One Original Research Paper
• The presenting author must be a registered delegate of the conference.
• A declaration letter signed by the Guide and Head of Department should accompany the submission wherever applicable.
• The scientific committee reserves the right to:
  • Accept or reject abstracts
  • Change presentation category
  • Modify session allocation
  • Disqualify incomplete submissions

Abstract Submission Guidelines

01. Abstract Structure

02. Word Limit

Recommended abstract word limit: 250–350 words

03. Formatting

• Font: Times New Roman / Arial
• Use clear scientific language
• Use standard abbreviations only
• Avoid tables and excessive graphics in abstract body

04. Author Details

• Title
• Author Names
• Department
• Institution
• Corresponding Author Details

05. Ethical Requirements

• Necessary ethical committee approval should be obtained wherever applicable.
• Patient confidentiality must be maintained.

06. Free Paper Presentation Rules

• Original research
• Clinical studies
• Case series (minimum 5 cases)
• Interesting case reports

Presentation must be prepared in 16:9 ratio (1920 px width × 1080 px height) format.
