General Guidelines

All abstracts, posters, and presentations must be
prepared and presented in English.

Both Case Reports and Original Research Papers are
eligible for submission under:

Free Paper

SPICE Award Paper
-
Poster Presentation
-
The submitted work must be original and should not
contain plagiarism.

A presenter may submit:

One Case Report
-
One Original Research Paper
-
The presenting author must be a registered delegate of
the conference.
-
A declaration letter signed by the Guide and Head of
Department should accompany the submission wherever
applicable.

The scientific committee reserves the right to:

Accept or reject abstracts

Change presentation category
-
Modify session allocation
-
Disqualify incomplete submissions
