Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat.
• Before 15 June 2026 - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• After 15 June 2026 – No refund will be provided.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
• GST and bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
